The goal is to identify where the in-store experience is working, where it breaks, and how to restore momentum, clarity, and buying confidence.

 

This short intake helps me understand your space, goals, and current challenges so I can assess fit and confirm next steps.

 

This step takes approximately 3–5 minutes.
